PMO Manger - Digital Transformation - £400 - £450 a day - Outside IR35 - London/ Hybrid The PMO Manager is responsible for overseeing the project governance and reporting for the Digital Transformation programme. They will be a first point of contact for Senior Management for providing accurate, timely and insightful updates on the DT portfolio of projects. They will achieve this by working closely with the Digital Transformation Project Managers and Business Analysts to work effectively as a team and promote engagement and adoption with the DT programme across the clients frontline team. The PMO will work with the Head of Operations and DT Programme Director to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and align with strategic goals. Key duties include updating the Digital Transformation communications hub, overseeing all projects and reporting on project progress, risks, and budgets to senior management and stakeholders. Producing updates and presentations for a variety of audiences including the Board, external auditors, DBT and GDS as well as internal customers. The PMO will be responsible for updating the internal project reporting documents, maintaining the programme risk and issues log and DT Intranet page. They will have excellent, communication, presentation and financial data management skills.
