Main Responsibilities:
- Unloading luggage and personal belongings from vehicles - Transporting luggage into accommodation buildings (using lifts where necessary) - Directing vehicles to appropriate unloading zones - Providing a friendly and helpful first point of contact during move-in - Monitoring entrance areas to manage flow and avoid congestion - Reporting any maintenance or safety issues observed - Keeping lobbies, corridors, and lifts clear and safe during move-in hours - Supporting the accommodation team with general duties as needed

Key Skills:
- Able to lift, carry, and move heavy luggage safely - Understands safe lifting techniques - Able to give directions and answer basic questions clearly and politely - Create a welcoming first impression for new students and families - Work well with others to ensure a smooth move-in process
