A Director of Pre-sales - Technology Solutions is now sought to work for a leading software solutions Company focussed within Workplace and Built Environment technology, based in London.

Are you a senior-level technology leader who can captivate executive audiences and translate complex platforms into compelling business value?

Are you a Director of presales within technology solutions who can articulate the impact of a sophisticated workplace technology ecosystem to prospective clients during the sales cycle. This role demands a deep understanding of how digital solutions—spanning AI, Business Intelligence, and operational platforms—can empower workplace and operational teams to deliver smarter, more efficient outcomes.

You must have a solid understanding of corporate real estate, specifically: Facility Management, Lease Administration, Transaction Management, Occupancy Planning, and Project Management.

You’ll be the bridge between technology and service delivery, helping clients understand not just the tools, but how those tools drive transformation. This is a role for someone who thrives in front of high-level decision-makers, can lead with insight, and knows how to turn a product demo into a strategic conversation.

Your Responsibilities

- Lead pre-sales solutioning, aligning technology with client goals.
- Deliver engaging, outcome-driven presentations that connect digital platforms to operational excellence.
- Collaborate on RFPs, pricing, and product demonstrations, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Influence product innovation by sharing client feedback and market insights with product teams.

Your Experience:

- Many years in technology,
- Experience in software sales, consulting, or solution engineering
- Confidence presenting to executive audiences (10–50 people) with clarity and impact
- Strong grasp of how applications integrate across the workplace lifecycle
- Based in London, with frequent travel across Europe

The ideal application will have exposure to workplace strategy, facilities operations, or built environment services

You’ll be at the forefront of digital transformation in the built environment—helping clients unlock insights, improve performance, and elevate employee experience through smart technology.

Basic salary £95,000 - £100,000 Plus Generous Bonus and Comprehensive Company Benefits. You will be expected to be onsite in London a minimum of 3 days a week.
