- A qualified teacher with a strong commitment to primary education
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and motivate children
- A creative approach to lesson planning and delivery
- Experience with curriculum planning and assessment in Key Stages 1 and 2 is desirable but not essential
- A passion for fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons that meet the needs of all pupils
- Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback
- Maintain high expectations to help pupils reach their full potential
- Collaborate with colleagues to support cross-curricular learning and school initiatives
- Support the wider school community and contribute to a positive learning culture
