Supply Desk is seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Primary Teachers to work across a variety of primary schools in the Heathfield area. This role is ideal for teachers looking for flexible work, a better work–life balance, or the opportunity to experience different school settings without the full planning and assessment demands of a permanent post. You will provide high-quality teaching across KS1 and/or KS2, following set lesson plans and supporting pupils’ learning in the teacher’s absence. Key Responsibilities

Deliver pre-planned lessons across primary year groups -
Create a positive and engaging learning environment -
Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies -
Adapt teaching style to meet the needs of different classes -
Provide brief handover notes to the school at the end of the day -
Build strong rapport with pupils and staff
About You

QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) is essential -
Strong understanding of the primary curriculum -
Confident managing behaviour and supporting diverse needs -
Positive, flexible and reliable -
A current enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply for one) -
Right to work in the UK
