- Providing experienced project management across projects of varying scale and complexity.
- Acting as a trusted advisor, delivering expert landscape advice directly to clients, stakeholders, and local authorities.
- Preparing and reviewing fee proposals, supporting the growth and profitability of the consultancy.
- Undertaking site visits and surveys, translating technical data into clear, actionable outputs.
- Supporting the consultancy's market position through exceptional client care and consistent delivery.
- Mentoring junior colleagues, contributing to internal learning and development, and promoting collaborative working across disciplines.

About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:

- A degree in Landscape Architecture (postgraduate qualification desirable).
- Chartered Member status with the Landscape Institute.
- Proven experience delivering landscape planning and/or design projects across multiple sectors.
- A strong understanding of the UK Planning System, relevant legislation, and industry best practice (GLVIA3, LI Technical Notes, Natural England guidance).
- Excellent written, verbal, and graphical communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence with design and analytical tools (GIS/CAD desirable).
- Commercial awareness, client care experience, and confidence in managing fee proposals and project budgets.
- A collaborative, proactive approach and strong interpersonal skills.

Benefits
- Salary £50,000 - £56,500
- 30 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays and your birthday off
- Hybrid and flexible working arrangements
- Profit share bonus scheme
- 5% employer pension contributions
- Private health insurance and life assurance
