  • Follow strict health, safety, hygiene, and quality standards
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across safety, quality, and efficiency
  • Work closely with Production, QA, and Engineering teams
  • Guide and support assistants when required

Due to the nature of healthcare and pharmaceutical products, this role operates within a highly controlled environment. You will be expected to:

  • Actively follow and promote OHSE standards
  • Participate in safety training and risk assessments
  • Maintain excellent housekeeping and hygiene standards (6S)
  • Operate strictly in line with SOPs and quality systems

  • Strong understanding of gravure printing processes, ink systems, and cylinder preparation
  • High attention to detail with strong colour‑matching ability
  • Confident fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills
  • Experience working in a quality‑driven manufacturing environment
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
