Working closely with the Production Operations Lead and wider Production team, you'll coordinate key administrative activities, maintain production systems and documentation, and help ensure production processes run efficiently.

As a Production Coordinator, you'll be a central point of contact across the production function, supporting communication, maintaining accurate operational records, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. If you're highly organised, enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment and thrive on keeping things running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Production team, including coordinating meetings, preparing reports and maintaining production documentation.
  • Act as a key point of contact between Production staff and the Production Operations Lead, ensuring information is communicated effectively across the team.

  • Support quality activities by ensuring documentation is accurate, compliant and audit-ready.
  • Identify opportunities to improve production processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Build positive working relationships across the Production team and collaborate with colleagues to achieve production objectives.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy, organisation and attention to detail across all aspects of the role.

About You

You'll be a proactive and organised individual who enjoys supporting operational teams and thrives in a busy production environment. You'll be confident managing multiple priorities, communicating with a range of stakeholders and delivering accurate work to a consistently high standard.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of two years' experience within a production or manufacturing environment, ideally in an administrative or coordination role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
  • A proactive, positive and collaborative approach to work.

Desirable

  • Experience using ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of production processes and manufacturing terminology.
  • Experience supporting quality documentation and audit readiness.
  • Experience contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Why Join Us?

You'll become part of a global organisation committed to improving lives through innovation, quality and operational excellence. You'll join a supportive and collaborative team where your contribution is valued and where you'll have opportunities to develop your skills while supporting the production of products that make a meaningful difference to patients around the world.
