Join one of the world's leading manufacturers at our Northampton site. We are looking for motivated Production Operatives to support our busy low-care factory team.
Key Duties
Handling wet ingredients in a production environment
Performing end-of-shift washdowns to maintain hygiene standards.
Working efficiently within an ambient temperature setting.
Supporting production and warehouse operations as required.
Operating a forklift if licensed (Counterbalance FLT licence preferred but not essential).
Shift Details
Rotating Shifts (Monday-Friday)
06:00-14:00
14:00-22:00
Shift allowance applies for rotating shifts.
Night Shift (Sunday-Thursday)
22:00-06:00
Breaks: 30-minute lunch and a team break
Hours: 40-hour working week
Additional Information
Temp to Perm
Full induction and training provided onsite on your first day.
All PPE will be supplied (you may wear your own safety boots).
Agency Workers Regulations (AWR) parity from day one.
