Manpower is currently hiring Operatives to join a busy and fast-moving Site near Stallingborough. This is a long-term opportunity with the potential to secure a permanent role for the right candidate.
Location - Site is based close to Stallingborough
- Own transport is essential (no public transport available)
Shift Pattern (Rotating Weekly)
Week 1
- Monday - Thursday: 4:00am - 2:00pm
- Friday: 4:00am - 12:00pm
Week 2 - Monday - Thursday: 2:00pm - 12:00am
Pay Rates
- £12.50 per hour
- £13.40 per hour (between 10:00pm - 6:00am)
Your Day-to-Day Role
- Sorting and processing recyclable materials
- Working on a busy production line
- Following strict health & safety procedures
- Keeping your work area clean and organised
What We're Looking For
Background
- Experience in warehouse, production or manufacturing is preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements - Able to carry out manual handling tasks
- Fit enough for active, hands-on work
- Flexible to work early mornings and late evenings
Other Essentials
- Reliable and punctual
- Willing to work overtime when needed
- Looking for long-term work (not suitable for students or short-term roles)
