Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm
An established and growing manufacturing company based in Lisburn is seeking a Production Operative to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain new skills and build a long-term career within a supportive production environment.

The Role
Duties will include:
- Operating machinery and production equipment
- Assisting with manufacturing processes
- Conducting quality checks on products
- Following health and safety procedures
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Supporting the wider production team as required
Ideal Candidate- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work effectively within a team
- Good attention to detail
- Previous production or manufacturing experience is advantageous but not essential
