Production Operative - Dewsbury (Flexible Ad-Hoc Work Available)Looking to Earn Extra Money Before Christmas?
Manpower is currently recruiting Production Operatives on behalf of our client based in Dewsbury.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for flexible, ad-hoc work and the chance to earn some extra money in the run-up to Christmas. Shifts are offered as and when required, making this role ideal for candidates who can be flexible and are available at short notice.

Working HoursRotating Shifts (when available)- Morning Shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm Monday to Thursday, 6:00am - 1:00pm Friday
- Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm Monday to Thursday, 2:00pm - 9:00pm Friday
Please note that this is an ad-hoc position, and shifts are not guaranteed each week. Candidates will be contacted when work becomes available.
Pay Rates- £14.62 per hour
- Increase to £16.10 per hour for candidates offered longer-term assignments after 12 weeks
Important
Due to the location and early start times, applicants must have their own transport or live within walking distance of the site.
Key Responsibilities- Packing orders and preparing products for dispatch
- Feeding machines and monitoring production processes
- Performing routine cleaning and basic equipment maintenance
- Conducting quality checks to ensure product standards are met
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Supporting other production duties as required
What We're Looking For- Previous production, warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking individuals
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to health and safety procedures
- Flexible approach to work and short-notice shift availability
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively within a team
