Job Title: Production Operative
Location: Avonmouth
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour

Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 16:00
Overtime available daily and on weekends

Job Description:
We're currently looking for a Production Operative to join a busy fertiliser production site in Avonmouth. This role involves transferring fertiliser from silos into 1-tonne bags, ready for distribution to farms across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate machinery to fill and seal fertiliser bags

  • Ensure correct labelling and quality standards are met

  • Maintain a clean and safe working area

  • Support general yard and production duties as required

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous production or warehouse experience preferred

  • Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic

  • Reliability and willingness to work overtime when required
