Production Operative/ Line Worker- Days

Manpower are currently looking to recruit a Production Operator for a client based on the outskirts of North Thoresby, between Grimsby and Louth.

• Location: Outskirts of North Thoresby
• Shift: 4 x 12 hours shifts per week- 6am- 6pm
• Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour

*Own transport is essential due to the location of the site*

This role is a temporary to permanent position, following a probationary period of 12-weeks with Manpower.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a fast-paced production environment
• Own transport due to location
• Happy to stand for long-periods of time
• A keen interest in the recycling process
• Interested in progression

Duties

• Operating and over-seeing the production-lines
• Separation of plastics before the materials are sent on to the Machine Operators
• General warehousing duties
• Maintaining health & safety standards across the site
• Able to trouble-shoot any issues that might arise on the lines
• Assisting and helping where necessary with other team members
• Flexibility for extra hours dependant on requirement

This role comes with an immediate start, following an interview on Site, and will move into a permanent position for the right candidate.
