Manpower are currently looking for Production Operatives for one of our long-standing clients based close to North Thoresby (between Louth and Grimsby). You must have your own transport due to location and start/ end times.
This role will be joining a new and fresh team as the Site moves on to a 24 hour operating Site where the right candidate will possess an excellent work ethic, is looking for progression and has their own transport to get to a rural location.
The role is an on-going pattern of 4 x 12 hour shifts (6pm-6am) per week and, although does begin on a temporary/ agency basis, will lead to a permanent position after this initial probationary- period of 12-weeks.
The right candidate will be working on a fast-paced line where you will work alongside a sorting machine, and other members of the team, before the materials enter the recycling system so requires someone that has an eye for detail and diligent in their approach to work.
