| Temp-to-Perm Opportunity | Major Manufacturing Business Excellent Conditions | Competitive Pay & Benefits Potential to Earn £15+ per Hour Once Fully Trained We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing team on a temp-to-perm basis. This role would suit someone with previous production experience who has excellent attention to detail and enjoys hands-on, repetitive work.  Working Hours Monday to Friday – 34 hours per week  Shift patterns:  Monday to Thursday: - 6:00am – 1:30pm - 1:30pm – 9:00pm Fridays: - 6:00am – 12:30pm - 12:30pm – 7:00pm Rate: £12.84 The Role The position involves carrying out a precise bonding process using an epoxy resin (glue) dispensed via an air-type syringe. Accuracy and consistency are essential within this role.  Duties will include: - Bonding components using epoxy resin - Working with small and delicate parts - Maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality - Carrying out repetitive production tasks - Supporting within the Covercoat department when required - Attaching patches to specific areas on PCB panels  About You The ideal candidate will have: - Previous production or manufacturing experience - Excellent hand-eye coordination - A steady hand and strong attention to detail - The ability to concentrate on repetitive tasks - A reliable and positive attitude  This role may not suit candidates who dislike repetitive work.  Benefits: - Temp-to-perm opportunity - Early finish on Fridays - Stable working hours - Supportive production environment  This is a great opportunity for someone looking to secure long-term work within a specialist manufacturing environment.  If this sounds of interest, please click apply!  |
