Job Title: General Production Operative Location: Nottinghamshire Pay: £13.17 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday (early finish on Fridays) Contract Type: Temp to Perm Manpower is currently working with a leading precast manufacturer in Nottinghamshire who are looking to expand their team by adding skilled and reliable General Production Operatives on a temp-to-perm basis. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established and growing business within a busy and supportive production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
Supporting across multiple areas including woodwork and mouldshop
Following technical drawings accurately
Contributing to daily production targets
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a similar production or manufacturing role, precast concrete preferred.
Confident reading and working from drawings
Skilled in woodwork (joinery) or mouldshop tasks (multi-skilled preferred)
Comfortable working in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment
Safety boots required
Able to commit to walk-rounds on Mondays
