Property Administrator Location: Bristol Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Property Administrator to join our clients busy Residential and Commercial Conveyancing Department. This key role is vital to the efficient coordination and administration of property transactions, particularly at the point of completion. You will work closely with fee earners and communicate with clients, estate agents, and third parties to ensure transactions are finalised accurately and on time. Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure are essential for success in this role. Main Duties Coordinate and manage all administrative processes related to property completions Prepare payment forms, including completion statements and transfer requests Confirm and verify client and third-party bank details in accordance with firm protocols Liaise with solicitors, estate agents, lenders, and clients to ensure timely completions Monitor completion checklists and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate Track, chase, and maintain accurate records of referrals and instructions Assist with post-completion tasks such as submitting SDLT returns and registering transactions with the Land Registry Maintain an organised digital filing system and update case management systems Respond to client and third-party queries in a professional and timely manner Provide administrative support to the wider conveyancing team as required What We're Looking For: Essential: Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a legal or property setting Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy when preparing documents Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Desirable: Understanding of the conveyancing process (residential and/or commercial) Experience with LEAP case management software Knowledge of anti-money laundering (AML) and data protection regulations What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunities for career progression and ongoing professional development Modern office in a convenient and well-connected location Interested Click Apply now to take the next step in your career |
