If you're a recent Psychology graduate with an interest in child development and special educational needs, this Graduate Teaching Assistant opportunity offers the chance to gain invaluable experience supporting pupils with complex learning needs in a specialist school, prior to pursuing a career in decurion or clinical psychology. *** Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant *** £85 - £100 per day *** September 2026 – July 2027 *** Specialist Secondary School – Birmingham *** Supporting pupils with Autism and additional learning needs The Role Working alongside experienced teachers, you will help students access learning through tailored classroom support, structured intervention sessions and personalised learning activities. You'll support pupils both individually and in small groups, encouraging communication, confidence and independence while helping them overcome barriers to learning.
