We are looking for 2 x QSR Area Manager for QSR restaurant brands KFC and Taco Bell.  You will be an experienced QSR Area Manager with experience in one of these brands already.  As QSR Area Manager, you will support the site managers in 6 or 7 sites, all within roughly an hour radius of Mansfield, so in an around Nottinghamshire and South Yorkshire.

You will have a proven track record in operational improvements and achievement of business goals and advanced certifications in Food Safety, Operations, or Leadership are desirable. Skills and Attributes of a QSR Area Manager: Strong P&L management, data analysis, and performance metrics. Leadership, coaching, conflict resolution, and team development. Customer service, passion, and strategic thinking. Excellent communicator, results-driven, and high emotional intelligence. Resilient under pressure, flexible schedule, including weekends.
