As Regional Manager for this group of Quick Service Restaurants, you will manage 2 Area Managers and 12 Restaurant Managers.  This is a well known fast food chain and so knowledge of the QSR industry is essential.  You will be someone who has at least 5 years' experience in managing multi-site.  

As Regional Manager you will be responsible for supporting and coaching Area Managers to achieve success in the delivery of on-brand operational excellence. You will mentor the 2 Plus Multi-site Area Managers to drive profitability and exceptional customer service across their sites, ensuring alignment with the brand’s standards and values.

You will have a proven track record in operational improvements and achievement of business goals and advanced certifications in Food Safety, Operations, or Leadership are desirable.
