The Role – Quality Assurance Manager - Construction
The QA Manager will be based in Manchester, responsible for maintaining and improving quality standards across live construction sites.
This role requires a proactive professional with solid experience in QA/QC management within the construction sector, and familiarity with digital QA tools such as Procure or Fieldview.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring compliance, overseeing documentation, and driving a culture of quality across all project teams. This will involve visiting sites and driving improvements across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all site-based quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with company and client standards.
Use Procure or Fieldview software to manage QA documentation, inspections, and reporting.
Conduct regular site audits and inspections, ensuring issues are identified and resolved promptly.
Provide technical guidance and quality oversight to site teams and subcontractors.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to uphold quality expectations.
Manage and compile QA documentation for audits and handover packages.
Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulations, and company procedures.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote a culture of quality excellence.
