Reach Truck Driver – £13.00 per hour Multiple shifts available - Afternoons and Nights Location - Tamworth
We are a leading transport and logistics company based in Tamworth, and we are currently looking for an experienced Reach Truck Driver with strong stock control experience to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced distribution environment and can support accurate and efficient stock movement.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a Reach Truck safely and efficiently within a busy transport and logistics operation - Load and unload vehicles, trailers, and goods in and out of the warehouse - Carry out stock movements, replenishment, and stock checks - Assist with stock control tasks, including cycle counts, inventory accuracy, and reporting discrepancies - Support daily warehouse and transport activities to ensure smooth work flow - Follow all company health & safety and compliance procedures
Requirements
- Valid, in-date Reach Truck licence - Previous warehouse experience within a transport/logistics environment - Proven stock control experience (e.g., cycle counting, inventory management, stock accuracy) - Ability to work in a time-critical, fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Effective communication and teamwork skills
