Reception / Business Support Administrator Location: Central Bristol (100% office-based) Working hours are Monday - Friday 09.00 - 5.00 pm. Our client is looking for a detail-driven Receptionist/ Business Support Administrator who can bring energy, organisation, and a customer-first approach to their growing team. You'll become part of a professional, friendly team in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. What You'll Be Doing - Acting as the first point of contact for clients, contractors, and colleagues via phone, email, Teams, or in person. - Handling incoming and outgoing post, arranging couriers, and managing internal mail distribution. - Coordinating travel bookings for colleagues, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness. - Managing meeting room bookings and ensuring all requirements are met in a timely manner. - Conducting daily office checks to maintain tidiness and ensure health & safety standards are upheld. - Providing central support across multiple office locations to ensure consistency. - Delivering excellent customer service by responding promptly and professionally to all requests. - Assisting the Management Team with ad hoc administrative support. What We're Looking For - Strong communication skills with excellent written and spoken English. - A high level of accuracy and attention to detail. - Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines effectively. - Flexibility and adaptability to manage changing priorities. - Competence with Microsoft Office and confidence learning new systems. - A reliable, committed team player with a proactive mindset. - Minimum GCSE Grade C / Grade 4 (or equivalent) in English and Maths; A-Levels advantageous.
