Contract: Full Time, temp to perm The Role: As the Reception Teacher, you will be responsible for providing engaging and stimulating lessons to the youngest learners. The role includes:
- Planning and delivering exciting lessons that engage young minds
- Creating a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment
- Supporting children's emotional, social, and academic development
- Working closely with a dedicated team of staff to ensure the best outcomes for all pupils
- Encouraging a love of learning through play and exploration
- Work closely with parents and the wider school community to support children's development
- Assess and track children’s progress, providing constructive feedback
- Encourage independent learning and social skills development
What We’re Looking For:
- QTS, EYTS or equivalent teaching qualification is desirable but unqualified candidates with a passion for Early Years are encouraged to apply!
- Experience teaching in a Reception class or Early Years setting is highly desirable
- A passion for early years education and a creative, child-focused approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A collaborative mindset and a commitment to working as part of a close-knit team
