Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and signing in visitors - Answering calls and handling general enquiries - Receiving and sorting parcels - Providing professional front-of-house service
Requirements:
- Previous experience in reception or customer service - Strong communication and organisational skills - Confident, polite, and approachable manner
