Hours: 8am until 5pm / 9am until 6pm
Pay Rate: £15.00 - £18.00 per hour + holiday pay We are currently seeking an experienced and professional Receptionist to join our client on an ongoing temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy front-of-house environment and enjoys delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Providing a warm and professional welcome to all visitors
- Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
- Managing meeting room bookings and visitor sign-in procedures
- Handling incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team
- Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
- Assisting with additional office duties as required
The Ideal Candidate Will Have: - Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional, friendly, and approachable manner
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- A reliable and flexible approach to work
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
