|  Recruitment Administrator  Fixed-term (Maternity Cover – up to 9 months) Remote role | 4 hours per day, Monday–Friday (Flexible between the hours of 10.00am - 1530hrs)  Overview An experienced Administrator is required to provide first-line support to members and manage all aspects of the membership recruitment advertising process. This role also supports the wider Member Services team with general administrative and project-based tasks.  The position is remote-based and offered on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave.   What’s on Offer -  Competitive salary -  Up to 25+ days annual leave plus bank/public holidays -  Holiday purchase scheme -  Pension scheme -  Private Medical Insurance (after qualifying period) -  Group Income Protection, Life Assurance & Company Sick Pay -  24/7 Employee Assistance Programme (mental, financial & physical well-being) -  Free car parking at office locations (when required) -  Access to tailored learning and development opportunities -  Employee discount scheme (shopping, leisure & dining)   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Recruitment Advertising Administration -  Act as first point of contact for recruitment advertising enquiries, escalating where appropriate -  Coordinate approval of job adverts and proofs prior to publication -  Manage and update recruitment pages on the organisation’s website and job platform -  Take overall responsibility for receiving, managing and publishing recruitment adverts -  Maintain an accurate adverts database, ensuring deadlines are met -  Process payments, invoices and refunds -  Re-engage previous advertisers to encourage repeat advertising -  Support job seekers with uploading details, liaising with training teams where required -  Review the market to identify relevant industry roles for publication -  Produce monthly performance reports for recruitment advertising activity -  Update recruitment advertising SOP documentation as required   General Administration -  Support colleagues with member-facing activities and events -  Provide administrative support across projects and initiatives within the Member Services team    Skills & Experience Required Essential Skills & Competencies  -  Strong administrative and organisational skills -  Excellent written and verbal communication -  High attention to detail and accuracy -  Ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines -  Experience managing databases and web-based platforms -  Understanding of recruitment advertising processes -  Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook -  Ability to work with confidentiality and discretion   Desirable  -  Experience using Photoshop -  Familiarity with membership-based organisations or professional services environments  |
