What You'll Do: - Build and maintain strong client relationships, positioning Sheridan Maine as the recruiter of choice for key accounts. - Provide exceptional service to candidates, ensuring loyalty and long-term engagement. - Meet and exceed monthly financial targets, contributing to the overall success of the team. - Achieve weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by consistently delivering high-quality results. - Continuously learn and grow through training and support, applying new knowledge to enhance your performance. - Share your expertise and experiences to support the development of colleagues, fostering a culture of learning. - Align your work with Sheridan Maine’s core values, contributing to the growth and success of the business.
