Job Description |
| Resourcer  We are looking for a passionate and driven Resourcer to join our fast expanding Fire & Security/M&E team based by Heathrow Terminal 5 . You will be joining  a warm desk, supported by a highly experienced team with a strong client base and a full order book of exciting roles. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop within a fast-paced, rewarding recruitment environment, focusing on both permanent and temporary hires across the fire and security/M&E sector with lots of opportunity for professional growth. What You’ll Be Doing: - Sourcing top talent for permanent and temporary roles across the Fire & Security and M&E industry - Writing and posting job adverts, screening CVs, and conducting candidate interviews - Managing the candidate journey from initial contact through to placement - Maintaining and building long-term relationships with existing clients - Working closely with consultants to understand client needs and deliver accordingly - Keeping the CRM system updated and ensuring compliance with recruitment processes What We Are Looking For: - Previous recruitment/resourcing experience preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Organised, proactive, and target-driven - Confidence in speaking with candidates and clients over the phone and face-to-face - A genuine interest in the Fire & Security or Technical/Engineering sectors is a bonus  What’s In It for You? - Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 (depending on experience) - Location: Colnbrook – next to Heathrow T5 with great transport links - Holidays: 24 days + Bank Holidays - 1 extra day of annual leave for each year of service - Supportive and collaborative team environment - Ongoing training and development opportunities - Clear career progression within a respected national recruitment brand Ready to Apply?
