A successful candidate will ideally have:

· Hotel restaurant management experience in a multiple rosette/Michelin environnent.

· A passion for wine and spirits with WSET level 2 or higher.

· Experience working in a high-quality customer focused restaurant environment.

· Genuine and sincere nature with a real passion for customer service.

· Natural confidence and first-class interpersonal skills.
