Restaurant Supervisor - Hospitality & Catering Location: Chipping Norton
Our client, a stunning venue in Chipping Norton, is seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join their team. This full-time role offers a fantastic opportunity to lead customer service and support smooth restaurant operations. Flexibility is key, as you'll work 5 days a week, including weekends, with a mix of lunch and evening shifts.
What you'll be doing: * Overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service and quality * Leading by example to deliver exceptional customer experiences * Managing both front-of-house and back-of-house teams effectively * Checking in with guests, managing seating capacity, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere * Ensuring food safety procedures are strictly followed and health & safety regulations are adhered to * Handling cash, equipment, and property in line with company policies * Maintaining a clean and safe working environment in compliance with regulatory guidelines * Collaborating with management to meet revenue targets and implement strategies to improve sales and resolve any adverse trends
What you'll bring: * Strong supervisory or managerial experience in hospitality, with a focus on both front and back of house * Excellent leadership skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service * Knowledge of food safety standards and health & safety regulations * Ability to work flexibly across various shifts, including weekends and evenings * Good organisational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
