Risk & Compliance Manager, Wiltshire, £60,000+ (DOE) – A new opportunity for an experienced and approachable Legal Risk & Compliance professional who thrives on delivering considered advice and pragmatic solutions. JOB REF: 0024 THE ROLE: • You will play a vital role in shaping and delivering the firms risk management and compliance strategy. • You’ll lead initiatives that protect the firm, advise senior leaders on emerging regulatory changes, and foster a culture of best practice across teams. • Provide expert advice on legal risk, regulatory compliance, and data protection. • Design and deliver tailored compliance training across all levels of the firm. • Lead internal audits, compliance reviews, and manage reporting to the Management Board. • Support the Risk & Compliance Partner in resolving claims and complaints. • Conduct firm-wide risk assessments and develop practical mitigation strategies. • Draft, review, and maintain effective, user-friendly policies and procedures.
