Your Impact - Strategic Lead Generation: Develop and qualify high-value opportunities within retail and adjacent sectors - End-to-End Sales Leadership: Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting through to contract closure - Revenue Acceleration: Consistently exceed new business targets by securing deals that drive digital transformation - Client-Centric Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft tailored sales approaches and compelling value propositions - Executive Relationship Building: Establish and cultivate trusted partnerships with senior decision-makers and C-suite executives - Consultative Solution Selling: Partner with solutions specialists to design and present customised, high-impact proposals - Complex Deal Navigation: Confidently structure and negotiate sophisticated agreements that deliver mutual value - Pipeline Management: Maintain precise forecasting with a well-qualified, accurately staged sales pipeline - Market Expansion: Spearhead our growth across the retail sector and broader digital CX marketplace Your Expertise - Proven success in B2B sales within digital services, CX technology, SaaS, or transformation consulting - Demonstrated ability to close high-value, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals - Working for a BPO would also be desirable - Exceptional commercial acumen with the ability to translate complex business challenges into compelling solution narratives - Deep understanding of customer experience ecosystems and the technologies driving innovation—including CRM, automation, and omnichannel service delivery - Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments with the resilience to exceed ambitious targets |
