Sales Administrator Kettering Monday to Friday day shift 37.5 hours per week 100% Office Based  Benefits Include Staff benefits include 25 – 30 days (service related) annual leave; life assurance; a group personal pension plan; income protection; free parking; flexible working hours.  On behalf of our client, Pertemps are recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join a busy Certification Team who assess and certifies items of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to European and UK market requirements.  About the role As a member of the Certification Team, you will be working alongside a fantastic team of colleagues who operate from offices in the UK, Ireland and China. This role will involve the support of the Module C2 & D team.  Responsibilities - Respond accurately and professionally to customer enquiries within agreed timeframes - Coordinate customer projects, maintaining visibility of inbound, ongoing and outbound work - Provision of routine project progress updates to both customers and the operations manager - Fulfilment of general administrative duties associated with the creation and booking-in of customer projects and product samples - Contact the in-house and 3rd party subcontractors for sample testing - Review the test reports and give suggestions to the Decision Maker - Work to acquire a technical understanding of customers products and SATRA’s range of PPE services - Develop good working relationships with both colleagues and customers - Maintain contact with the customer base via telephone, email, on-site meetings and video call - Maintain accurate data on the company CRM system - Contribute to other sales and marketing activities, as required  About you - A minimum of GCSE Grades A-C in Maths, English and a Science (or equivalent qualifications/experience). - A confident self-starter - Highly organised and self-motivated - Inquisitive and a natural problem solver - Ability to prioritise work and multitask across several initiatives - Strong interpersonal skills and able to build rapport with both customers and colleagues at all levels - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Highly competent in the use of Microsoft Office products, including MS Word and Excel  Interested?
