Sales and Marketing Coordinator Hybrid Role Northampton Full-Time, Permanent Competitive Salary  The Benefits Hybrid working – balance between office and flexibility, Company phone and laptop, Workplace pension scheme with employer contributions, all work-related travel expenses covered (e.g. site visits, events), training and software support provided as needed, friendly, supportive environment with hands-on onboarding.  Our client also offers a clear path to grow into a future Marketing Manager position with exposure to real projects and national clients!  We are looking for a proactive, hands-on Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join a growing company in the construction supply and services industry. This role is ideal for someone with a marketing degree who’s keen to take on a varied role involving both marketing and sales support. You’ll be part of a small, adaptable team where your day-to-day work will include everything from content creation to helping the sales department with quotes, admin, and communication. It’s a great fit for someone early in their career who’s looking to grow with the business.  Key Responsibilities Support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns (digital and print) Create brochures, product sheets, social media content, and short videos Visit projects to gather photos and videos for promotions and case studies Keep the company website updated (WordPress – basic skills are fine) Manage social media channels and assist with email marketing Help across the sales department – quotes, client follow-ups, admin tasks Represent the business at industry events or client visits when required  What We're Looking For A degree in Marketing or similar field (required) Good written and verbal communication skills Basic content creation experience (e.g. Canva, Adobe, etc.) Confident using social media for brand and campaign activity Comfortable working across teams and adapting to different tasks Willing to visit project sites as part of the content and marketing duties  Nice to Have Some experience in a marketing or sales support role Familiarity with WordPress or other website platforms Photo/video editing or creative content skills An interest in learning about the construction or B2B sector  This is a fantastic opportunity to set your mark early and progress with a positive team!  Interested?
