Sales and Reservations Manager - 4 Star Hotel - I

Berkeley Scott is proud to partner with an independent 4-star hotel in the Douglas area. We are seeking an experienced Sales & Reservations Manager to support the promotion, development, and continued growth of the hotel in a stunning seaside location.

Working closely with the General Manager and owner, this role offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the hotel’s commercial success while maintaining a healthy work–life balance.

The role:

• Build and maintain professional relationships with key partners and clients
• Manage reservations with a strong focus on revenue optimisation
• Identify opportunities to maximise revenue through proactive and reactive sales activity
• Collaborate with hotel leadership to support commercial objectives

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in sales, reservations, and revenue management
• Previous experience within a 4-star hotel or similar hospitality environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A professional approach and commitment to high standards of service
