Your Role: Sales Coordinator As a Sales Coordinator, you`ll play a pivotal role in underpinning our sales success. You`ll be the first point of contact for customer accounts, ensuring smooth order progression and exceptional service. Working closely with our Sales Executives, you`ll manage enquiries, process orders, and proactively revive lapsed accounts. Your attention to detail and excellent communication skills will help maintain our high standards and drive operational efficiency. What You`ll Be Doing* Supporting sales growth by managing and streamlining order progression and customer communications. * Using our CRM system (MS Dynamics) to track leads, refresh customer records, and monitor sales activity. * Proactively contacting lapsed or underutilised accounts to unlock opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling. * Collaborating with Sales Executives, purchasing, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment. * Handling customer enquiries and processing orders with precision to maintain service excellence. What We`re Looking For You`ll be an organized and proactive professional with a knack for sales support. We`re looking for someone who can keep the wheels turning and add value to our team by ensuring every customer interaction is top-notch. Specifically, we`d love to see: * Minimum of 12 months` experience in a sales coordination, administration, or support role. * Proven track record in handling customer enquiries and outbound calls in a phone-based environment. * You will live within no more than a 30-minute commute time of our site in Tilehurst. * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a friendly, professional manner. * Strong organisational abilities with a keen eye for detail and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced setting. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems (experience with Microsoft Dynamics is advantageous). * Familiarity with the packaging or distribution sector is a plus.
