School Premises Assistant

Manpower Recruiting are looking for a School Premises Assistant for an established School in Oxford City Centre.

The role is Monday-Friday, working 10am-6pm (some flexibility needed with business needs)

This is a Fixed Term Contract, running until the end of August, 2026, with a chance for a permanent contract, for the right candidate.

The role is paying £13-14ph, depending on experience.

*A DBS check will need to be completed, due to environment.

*The ideal Candidate would drive, due to using School Van for duties

This is an exciting opportunity for a Gardener/ Maintenance/Facilitator Assistant to work at a central Oxford Independent School to combine your basic gardening skills and practical maintenance skills in a role that encompasses both, this is a varied role and no day is the same

The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that the school grounds, landscaped areas and gardens are maintained to an exceptional standard.

You will also be required to undertake a range of other duties concerned with the school premises, including movement of furniture, event set up and general day to day tasks.

The successful candidate needs to have a good work attitude and happy with heavy lifting and manoeuvring of school furniture.
