Duties:

- Identifying and securing new commercial security projects, with a focus on CCTV, access control and intercom solutions.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key industry stakeholders, including developers, contractors, consultants, quantity surveyors (QSs), architects and project managers.
- Generating opportunities across commercial offices, high-end commercial developments and hospitality projects.
- Managing the full sales process from initial lead generation through to contract award.
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of commercial opportunities and proactively targeting new business.
- Attending client meetings, networking events and industry engagements to develop new relationships and strengthen existing connections.
- Preparing proposals, quotations and presentations tailored to client requirements.
- Working closely with internal technical, engineering and operational teams to ensure solutions meet client expectations.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activity, opportunities and pipeline progression through company systems.
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

- Approximately 10 years’ experience within the security industry
- Proven track record of generating significant commercial revenue through CCTV, access control and electronic security projects.
- Established network of contacts within the commercial property and construction sectors, including contractors, developers, consultants and QSs.
- Strong understanding of commercial security solutions and project delivery.
- Experience managing large-value projects, ideally from £200K upwards.
