SEN Primary Teacher – Windsor

Primary School in Windsor | Full-Time, Long-Term | Start Date: 29th September 2025
Salary: £33,075 – £45,037 per annum

Your Role Will Include:

• Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons for pupils with a range of special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, and social-emotional challenges
• Creating a structured and inclusive classroom that promotes independence, self-esteem, and positive behaviour
• Working closely with support staff, therapists, and families to implement and review personalised learning plans
• Using assessment tools and targeted strategies to monitor progress and adjust teaching approaches
• Contributing to the school’s inclusive ethos through staff development and SEN initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience working with children with additional needs (preferred but not essential)
• A nurturing, adaptable, and proactive approach to teaching
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Familiarity with assistive technologies and visual communication tools
• A commitment to professional growth and inclusive education
