SEN Teacher Opportunity – Dartford – January 2026 Start

Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher looking for your next rewarding role? We are currently working in partnership with a well-established Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Dartford, who are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced SEN Teacher to join their team from January 2026.

About the Role: This is a full-time, long-term position with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. You will be working with pupils across a range of ages and abilities, delivering tailored lessons that support individual learning needs. The school caters to children with a variety of complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons to meet the needs of all learners
• Creating a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment
• Working closely with support staff, therapists, and parents/carers
• Monitoring and assessing pupil progress, adapting strategies as needed
• Contributing to the wider school community and ethos

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Proven experience working within an SEN setting
• Strong understanding of EHCPs and SEN strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A patient, resilient, and compassionate approach
