About the Role:

• Support students with autism, ADHD, and other learning needs across KS2–KS4.
• Assist in the delivery of tailored lessons and activities.
• Provide 1:1 and small group support, both in and out of the classroom.
• Help manage behaviour positively and promote emotional wellbeing.
• Work closely with teachers and SENCO to implement individual learning plans.

? Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have experience working with children or young people with SEN (school-based or otherwise).
• Be patient, empathetic, and resilient.
• Have a genuine passion for inclusive education.
• Be confident working as part of a team and using initiative.
• Hold a DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one.
