SEN Teaching Assistant – Primary & Secondary Support
Location: Crawley & Surrounding Areas
Contract: Full-Time / Part-Time – Flexible Days
Pay: £89.05 – £110 per day

We’re looking for caring, committed SEN Teaching Assistants to work in primary and secondary schools across Crawley and surrounding areas. You’ll provide one-to-one support, assist small groups, and help create a calm, inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued. Your Responsibilities:
- Supporting pupils with special educational needs in both learning and wellbeing
- Helping children stay focused, confident, and engaged throughout the day
- Assisting teachers with lessons, routines, and classroom activities
- Creating a safe, positive space for all learners
- Adapting to different schools, age groups, and individual needs
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with children or young people (education, care, youth work, etc.)
- A calm, patient, and empathetic approach
- Confidence to work across different school settings
- A genuine passion for helping children reach their potential
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
