Contract: Full-Time / Part-Time – Flexible Days
Daily Rate: £89.05 – £110

We’re seeking compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to work in primary and secondary schools across Crawley and surrounding areas. You’ll provide tailored support to pupils who need extra help—working one-to-one, assisting small groups, and creating a calm, inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued. Your Responsibilities
- Support pupils with special educational needs in both learning and wellbeing
- Help children stay focused, confident, and engaged throughout the day
- Assist teachers with lessons, routines, and classroom activities
- Create a safe, positive space where every child can thrive
- Adapt to different schools, age groups, and individual needs
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with children or young people (education, care, youth work, etc.)
- A calm, patient, and empathetic approach
- Confidence to work across different school settings
- A genuine passion for helping children succeed
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
