We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Administrator to join a well established family feel business in Atherstone. Working for the Senior lead of a division the role is very varied and requires the successful candidate to be adaptable and motivated to finish and complete tasks in a KPI driven setting.Â
The role requires someone creative, natural flare and marketing experience will be a distinct advantage. duties to include :-
* Extensive customer liaison - Excellent communication and professionalism reqruired * Sales order processing * Generating quotes * Creating sales presentations using PowerPoint * Create marketing material to sell t businesses * Brochure creation * Attend Meetings and take notes * Support the Head of the division with administration support * Offering admin sales support to the wider business * Meet and greet potential suppliers / buyers in the business showroomÂ
To be a success you will need to demonstrate intermediate / advanced level when using Excel and PowerPoint Previous Administration experience is a must - coupled with the creative flare Accuracy is key and above all you need to have the right work ethos and office presenceÂ
