Senior Business Development Lead – National Role

Berkeley Scott is partnering with a global 4-star hotel group to recruit an experienced Senior Business Development Lead. This national role offers the opportunity to contribute to the commercial growth of a well-established hotel brand, with a focus on property leases, management contracts, and franchise partnerships across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with landlords, hotel developers, and investors

• Identify and secure franchise agreements, lease agreements, and management contracts

• Represent the brand and support the implementation of brand standards

• Contribute to national growth strategy through proactive business development

• Travel across the UK as required

Experience & Skills Required

• Proven experience in a business development role within the hotel sector

• Experience working within a 4-star or comparable hotel environment

• Demonstrated experience negotiating contracts and managing commercial relationships

• Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
