Job Description
**SENIOR CDP REQUIRED - NO WEEKENDS**
 
We are looking for a Senior CDP for an ongoing weekly booking in Perth. The role is Monday - Friday, 6am - 2pm, £17.14 per hour with one of our contract catering clients.

Please note, this is not a permanent position it is a temporary role on a week to week basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a high standard which will include breakfast and lunches
  • Ensure food is cooked and presented accordingly to health and safety regulations 
  • Maintain a clean and organised kitchen
  • Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow 
  • Uphold safety and sanitation standards at all times 

What we ask of our Chefs?

  • Previous chef experience up to Senior Chef De Partie level
  • Own chef whites and knives
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Drivers preferred but not essential

If you had previous experience as a Chef De Partie, Senior Chef De Partie, Sous Chef, Junior Sous Chef, 2nd Chef, Head Chef or Executive Chef, Development Chef, then we want to hear from you!
