| Senior Civil Engineer Basingstoke £45,000 - £55,000 105269 We’re partnered with a long-established, multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Basingstoke. They’re looking for a Senior Civil Engineer with a Drainage & Infrastructure focus to join and help lead their growing design and delivery team. This role offers true project ownership from bid stage to delivery, combining hands-on technical responsibility with the opportunity to mentor others and progress into a leadership position.  The role: - Prepare detailed designs for infrastructure projects, delivering drainage, highways, residential developments, rail, commercial, education and leisure. - Produce drawings and calculations for planning. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior colleagues, helping them develop practical, high-quality solutions. - Produce flood risk assessments and planning documents. - Conduct inspections, site surveys, and technical assessments, producing detailed reports to inform design and project delivery. - Liaise with clients, local authorities and stakeholders.  What we are looking for: - Fluent in Causeway Flow or MicroDrainage. - Skilled in AutoCAD and Civil 3D for drainage design on residential, rail, commercial, and similar projects. - Knowledge of flood risk assessments and relevant planning documents. - Someone with client-focused approach, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.  Benefits: - £45,000 - £55,000 - 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays, plus your Birthday off! - Hybrid/flexible working - Annual bonus scheme - Private medical Insurance - 5% Employer pension - Annual leave buy/sell scheme  Great opportunity to join a passionate team with strong growth plans.  For more information, please reach out to Lucas Ward at RGB Recruitment. |
