About you

- Degree, HNC or HND qualified in a relevant discipline
- Professionally affiliated (e.g. working towards or holding CIBSE membership)
- Strong experience in mechanical building services design
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Confident communicator with both clients and internal teams
- Commercial awareness with experience managing project costs and fees
- Proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and relevant engineering software

Additional requirements

- Willingness to travel across the UK and occasionally Europe
- Valid CSCS card
- Full driving licence and valid passport

What’s on offer

- Competitive salary of £55,000 to £65,000
- Hybrid working with up to 2 days working from home per week
- Opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects
- Strong emphasis on sustainability and low carbon design
- Supportive team environment with clear progression opportunities

This role would suit a motivated Senior Engineer looking to step into a position with real responsibility, leadership opportunities and long-term career development.
